They can get fired for being racist but your teacher isn't racist. You can get him fired for not treating his students equally.

no. not if the has 10-year. yu have to like hurt him (and tht doesnt even mater if yu live in certain places). so im very sorry, but i know what jimmy's going throuh, too. its suckss.

YES!!! They CAN get fired for being racist. I don't know, but I THINK it's a there's a law to not be racist.
