| Girl only works one day a week where I work and today she called in AGAIN. So out of her last 4 or 5 shifts, she has only shown up for ONE. Would you put up with this? |

| No. I would simply stop scheduling her. If she asks, I'd tell her "since you can't be bothered to show up for the shifts you're scheduled for, I'm not scheduling you." Then she can quit. |

| I'm afraid it really depends. It isn't as clear cut as that. If you don't know why she's called off, you can't say. Sorry - depending on what's going on, she may even be protected by laws (It's complex) Try to be understanding, especially if you aren't her supervisor. Best of luck! |

| she a girl dude. ya its cant sexist to say but girls have it easier in those kinda things. espeacily if there boss is a male. im not sayin girls have a easier life then guys(before i get butch of people chu n me out) but ya guys have it easier in somthings too. like ummmm?? idk but sure there somin. |
