 I was laid off then work for a company for 3 days and quit. Could I still... ...legally receive unemployment? Ok, I was laid off earlier this year. Before my lay off I had put in my two week notice because I was going to be hired by another company. Before I started my new company I was laid off from my previous job. So I start my new job and long story short I felt my life could be in danger if I stayed there so I quit after only 3 days. So what my question to you is can I legally receive unemployment benefits?      |
