| I had a little 'thing' with someone at work last year. She's now left for different reasons. A colleague recently said that i was lucky that a certain senior member of the board didn't find out about us or i would be in trouble! Theres nothing in the practice manual about fraternizing with staff so what, if anything, could be done to me even if someone senior doesn't like the fact that the relationship didn't work out? Whats it got to do with anyone else if it doesn't affect business? Surely it just between two people?!!! |

| Article 12 of the European Charter of Human Rights states that we must have the freedom to form relationships. If your employer had fired you for it then you would have been in a very strong position to sue them and win providing you live in a country covered by the charter or something similar. |
