It probably depends on what you want to do, some things will be 18 other things like selling booze and stuff like that id guesse 21. Best advice i can give you is look on your councils website look for the licence you need to do whatever it is you want to do it should tell you how old you need to be to get the licence and how the licence will cost. Other than that inland revenue, ring them though as things may vary depending on your circumstances, oh and good luck !

No minimum age, although if you are under 18, parents/guardian would have to do paperwork on your behalf.
