Well, unfortunitly I'd be happy I haven't gotten a raise in a year. The company cut off my raises

some companies are cheap... what's this companies guideline? perhaps 30 cents is high for this company... find out what others got...

some places only give 10 cent, lol! you should be happy with 30! =)

some can't afford to give 50 or a buck... again, depends on how much the regular pay is...

now, if you are working for Microsoft or Donald Trump that's another story! lol!
