I'm having a problem at work. What should I do?

I work in an office with 3 other girls. The AC Unit is right above my head and the air blows at my head. So, I've been getting headaches.Yesterday, I put it on low and I didn't get a headache. Today in the morning I put it on low, but then my coworker ( she works part time and I can't stand her) put it on high and said she was hot. What should I do? I don't wanna get a headache!

Ask to switch places with her. Explain nicely why. If that does not work, go to your supervisor and explain - WITHOUT complaining the situation and ask him/her what they might do to help you out. When you do this, back it up with what you have tried. But explain it without whining or complaining. This will show that you have tried to handle it maturely but simply without success. It should show that it was other people who were unwilling to work with you.

Ask if one of the other girls would switch with you because you seem to be getting sick from the AC being on high. If no onee will you will just have to keep switching it to low or talk to your supervisor about a compromise.

just tell her that ur getting alot of headaches because of the ac and ask if she wants to trade seats, maybe if u just tell her the truth she wont put it on high anymore
