offered me a promotion? Ok so I'm only 23 and yet have the urge to be the go to person for my job field. I work hard and pay attention to all details but, I'm not respected from everyone that i work with as well as not getting the same pay as my co-workers (which i can do their job, but they have more time in that position...) so I'm going to school until i am 27 to get a BA degree in business but first a 2 year one in photography b/c I'm a huge fan and would like to learn photo-shop! but i have so much potential to succeed with what i do now yet still need to win over those i work with for a promotion and now that my days are numbered they are offering me new job locations and stuff. Good change or bad? id like to play since i can but should i forget it and just work until they realize I'm good? Think about my age, will going to school with kids straight out of HS blow me away crazy back to work. The real life me working a PT job to get by and others still living off of mommy and daddy who's done this?
