How to cope with bullying. What can I do.

any way to get someone who is in charge to kind of be hidden when the bully approaches. or even set them up to where the boss will be around when they are running off at the mouth. that always shuts them up, but you dont have to put up with abuse at work. what kind of work do you do.

The only way to cope with a bully is to stand up to them and show no fear. Believe me they will fold like a house of cards when confronted firmly enough.
