Can't Get My Check Form Job?

I worked at burger king for about a month and I only got 2 checks I was suppose to get one more and they kept saying they gave it to me when I didn't go up there to get it. So what happened to it if they say I got it when I didn't walk in to get it and b4 then they wasn't putting me on the schedule so they say I been wiped out of the computer. And they won't give me the money they owe me. And I didn't even know whats going on one is telling me anything. I got the corporate number I am going to call tomorrow but I want to know will I be going through red tape with them or what? Is this problem going to be easily resolved?
