first job any advice for her?? ? She really wants the job and I have noo idea how to help her. I would really appreciate any advice!

rub her back and tell her that everything will be okay, tell her to take a couple of breaths, and when she walks up in that store, tell her to think about herself being better than anyone else and how lucky she is to be in this position, let her know that you are behind her every step of the way and make her feel like she can do anything she wants to do, tell her she is smart and that she is going to do great because her charisma is off of the charts, and that she has special talent. You know, rub it in a little make her blush.
