How should I react when the guy i like at work touches me?

Theres a guy at work whom i like a lot...but the thing is im 19 and hes 38. he does these random things...i dont act weird or obnoxious with him. im just nice and respectful. im shy though so sometimes i get quiet around him..but he talks to me..hes nice.

anyways, seems like hes been touching my hands more lately. the other day we were both just waiting for the next customer and he randomly puts his hand on mine, kind of grabs it, and then he pats it for a few seconds. he didnt look me in the eye when he did it, but he was definetely smiling. i liked it. and it felt so good..so i let him do it....i hope i didnt flinch or i hope he couldnt tell i liked him by the way it reacted. we werent even talking when he did it...i dont know why he did it. i just kinda laughed and didnt know what to say it felt kinda...awkward...haha. also, he will do things like walk his hand up my arm when passing by if im not looking at him or pat my back and ask how im doing or he will touch my hand and compliment my bracelet.

so is he just being random?

i cannot tell if he is just being friendly or flirting? he is really nice...but he seems like hes flirting. is he just trying to get a reaction? one time i went to go ask him something and hes all "yes, beautiful" and he said he thinks im adorable.and one time he offered me a ride home...im just trying to figure him out. he isnt married, so it seems like hes fair game to flirt if you know what i mean.

how should i react? i dont want to seem uninterested at all.
