Is LA or Phoenix, AZ a better place to live and work at ? I know LA is more

expensive but my parent has a ...? has a house in LA I can stay at not having to pay much rent whereas in Phoenix, I have to pay my own rent for a rented place. I like to live and work in phoenix better though because I thought it's easier to find jobs there and the people there are also nicer... If I don't go to LA, then I would lose the house in LA. If I go there and stay for 2 years, my parent would give me the house. But I like to live and work in Phoenix better and think I can find jobs easier there. So, what do you think I should do??
I don't have a job now and if I go to LA, have to look for job there...
But my dad said he would give me the house if I stay there after 2 years... He seems pretty sure about it.

You have job and better live in PHX, you don't have to join the crowed LA. The house is only free rent for you, not means giving ownership to you.
