I've been working at my new job for just over 1 month and have just found

out im 7 weeks pregnant? Im having TERRIBLE morning sickness and have had to come home on several occasions. They don't know Im pregnant but it's becoming quite obvious as it's really difficult to hide the sickness. What can I do if they decide to dismiss me?
But im still on a probationary period of 3 months! Does this affect it?

DONT tell them till your probabtion is over. I made this mistake and they sacked me three days later...their excuse was that I was "late" twice...I was...but but less than five minutes and they were very happy with me till they knew I was having a baby.

LEt them think what they want...it doesnt matter...as long as you DONT tell them...anyway, 7 weeks is far too soon to tell anyone other than your partner.

you need to tell them, they can't fire you for being pregnant! and at the end of the day you didn't know that you were pregnant when you started.

i had the same problem i was how many weeks u r now when i start a job but the difference was i knew i was pregnant, i thought they were fine but i did end up getting fired, they said i was too slow but i was also being sick all the time as i worked in a food place but when i told them i was pregnant they stopped training me and things went bad, you may have better luck than me seeming as my manager was only 17 yrs old

They can't fire you for being pregnant but if you don't tell them your pregnant they could fire you for the ammount of time you have off so if i was you i would tell them that you r pregnant

you should let your supervisor know that you just found out you are pregnant. they absolutely can not fire you because you are pregnant. however if you are unable to do your job they may be able to accomodate you in some other capacity until your morning sickness is over.
